We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 7 Camden Street, Portslade, BN41 1DU, UK.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Postage is FREE for all orders over £25 (before delivery).

Standard Delivery

• Orders under £25 and weighing up to 321g – £2.95 per order
• Orders under £25 and weighing over 322g – £3.30 per order

Our goal is to dispatch all customer orders within 2 working days of receiving them at our Roastery. We require 2 working days as all orders are roasted fresh to order, and once dispatched, please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive.

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked service for all orders which may require a signature upon receipt of the delivery, and you will receive an email upon dispatch.

During peak mail order periods like Christmas and Easter we may need a little bit more time, although our team will do everything possible to get your order roasted and shipped as soon as possible.
